A: Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Q: How do I check on the status of my order?
A: You will receive an email confirmation to the email you have provided us at checkout, within 30 minutes of placing your order. When your order ships out for final delivery you will additionally receive a shipment confirmation email.
Q: Why was my order cancelled?
A: Jolly&Quiet was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically canceled. If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.
Q: How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
A: As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification to the email provided to us confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.
Q: I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?
A: Jolly&Quiet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
Q: I haven't received my package yet and it has been a few weeks, what is going on?
A: Jolly&Quiet prides itself on doing its best to ship out orders to customers as soon as we possibly can. Typically it will not take over 2 weeks to receive a package. HOWEVER, please be patient as our Jolly Team is doing our best to get these orders out to you as soon as we can.
Q: How can I return or exchange my product?
A: Unfortunately, Jolly&Quiet does not offer exchanges or returns due to sanitary dangers. There is no way for us to prove that a customer has not worn a product that is being returned or exchanged. Because of this and the obvious sanitary issues it can present, we side with customer safety over offering this service.
